Listened to: Pete Yorn, some radio Drama/Comedy on CBC that was about an Indo-Canadian family that owned a publishing company (it was pretty good), Mobile, Freestyle on CBC radio
Delivered to: 34
Conversations had: 4
Moments of Awkwardness: 4
Judgments passed: 6
Things Learnt: I don't like it when people waste my time and try to sell me credit cards. I also kind of don't like it when I'm polite and nice to them and apologize to them for wasting their time as I say no to their sale.
I truly enjoy rhyme schemes that are written by people who have English as their second language.
Memorable Moments: There was a truck on the road that was passing by me and as they were passing, the muffler was soloud that I couldn't hear anything. But it was this staggered noise from the muffler making it sound like the truck had beans and coffee in it's system. I don't understand why noises people are generally embarrased to make are considered manly when coming out of a truck.
There was a woman that I passed by as she was walking her stroller. Except there was no baby in it and it made her look as if she had forgotten her baby somewhere. I thought that was pretty funny. I also thought it would be funny when I got old to stroll down the street with an empty baby carriage, talking to it as if there were a baby there and see what people would do. I think it would make life worth living.
One of the people I deliver to got a new guide dog the other day. Today I met him. His name was Tanner and he was a well mannered yellow (almost white) lab. He was a nice dog and I petted him on his soft head. Neato.
Cd's I listened to that I realized I don't really like but still listened to: 1

What was the CD that you listened too, but do not like?
I, too, wish to know the answer to that question. I also almost died laughing at your baby stroller story.
Mobile. It's too generic rocky for me I think. It doesn't have lasting power, or staying power. But that is my opinion. Others are entitled to theirs.
Thank you so much for posting this. I exploded into laughter. Heey what's that lady's name-that one we listened to on our adventure from the campground? And have you ever heard of The Album Leaf? Well it reminds me of you and I have no idea why. Anyway. Aside from that, I just have to say I miss Young Adults and wish I could learn more great things from you. Sounds like God's doing some amazing stuff over there-can't wait to visit :)
Hey i thought you took notes the other day?????????? where's the new post???????? I need something to waste my time on now that I quit my job, so I'm back in the blogging world. Woot woot
Chantal, I have never heard the Album Leaf but I will google them. Ah trusty google. The lady we were listening to back from camping was Imogen Heap. She rules.
Sharon, you have guilted me into posting. Are you proud of yourself????? Cause you can be, it's fine.
dude, eronamy...
you really need to learn to hang up on people that waste time... I mean... its free so why not just do it. you dont have to pay to hang up, or see tehm, or even feel akward about saying no by just hanging up. I do it to people all the time. Now I dont even have to talk to my mom. or wait this was about our parents calling us all the time right?.... and please stop googling things jim... tres uncool
